How to sync Reports automatically with Report Parts SSRS
Hi Manoj, When a report part on the report server is updated, the reports that reference this report part won't be updated automatically. However, when we open the report in Report Builder, there will be a notification about the updated report parts displaying under the ribbon. Then, we can click the "View Updates" button, check the updated report parts, and then click "Update" to update the report parts. After that, please save the report to the overwrite the original report. In other words, we have to update the reports that contains the report parts manually one by one through report builder. If you have concerns on this behavior, I recommend you submit your suggestion to the Microsoft Connect at http://connect.microsoft.com/.
