Hello, If I understood you correctly then you can achieve it by first grouping on Country then on State and then on City. If you do so then country total will be displayed after all the state and states total is displayed. If not give a pictorial view of teh current output and the desired output. Refer link below: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd239342.aspx Hope its clear & helpful....Pavan Kokkula Infosys Technologies Limited.

Hi Pavan, I have the tablix inside a list control.(to show the year information i am using the list control its like a calender report. hope u have idea on calender reports) because of this the report is repeating all the groups within the list control. Thanks, Veeren :)

Hi Veeren, Based on my understanding, you only have one group, this group has 3 group-on expression, they are country, state and city. If so, to achieve your purpose, you can rebuild your report using 2 groups, one is dedicated to country and enable its group footer to display the country total, the other is for state and city. If i misunderstand, please give us more details. thanks, Jerry

Hi Jerry, Thanks a lot for your reply. I have List control which have 1 group on Time interval (genral values Qtr1,Qtr2,Qtr3,Qtr4).And i have tablix control which have 3 row groups(country, state, city) and one column group( month feild ) i have put this tablix inside the time interval list control to show the month values accordinly the every quarters correctly.I have page break on time interval group and country and state group. Issue:Since i have list control on time interval the totals which i have in the tablix control are repeteting in all pages irrespective of the values. like below. Page1 result. Details Mon1 Mon2 Mo3 Qtr Totals Avg Qtrvalues CountryName StateName1 City Name1 City1 Stats 12 11 4 25 8.12 City Name2 City2 Stats 09 03 04 16 5.02 City Totals 21 14 8 33 11 State1 Totals xx xx xx xx xx Page 2 Result: Details Mon1 Mon2 Mo3 Qtr Totals Avg Qtrvalues CountryName StateName2 City Name1 City1 Stats 12 11 4 25 8.12 City Name2 City2 Stats 09 03 04 16 5.02 City Totals 21 14 8 33 11 State2 Totals xx xx xx xx xx Country Totals XX XX XX XX XX So here the totals for the Country has to show only when at the last value of the State group like in above reult(page 2 result) currently i am getting the Country totals in all pages because of the qtr. Note:I am Using Oracle so i cant change the dataset or query since we are using this for 3 reports. I think it make sence if you go through this. :) Thanks, Veeren. Thanks & Regards, Veeren Chowdary.

Hi Veeren, I didn't understand the purpose of the group on Time interval, since the List have 'Time interval' as group, the whole details inside it is repeating again, If we need to show the details per country, the List should be grouped based on 'Country' only, so the details will repeat for each country. Or I think if we group the list based on the combination of 'Time interval' and 'Country', the problem may be solved. Pl try this and let us know. Hi Mahendra, Thanks for your reply, The requirment is similar to calender report if you want to show the report like a calender. if i add the time interval and country in the list control the totals will not come properly so i think you are wrong. Thanks, Veeren. Thanks & Regards, Veeren Chowdary.
