How to show Rating Column in DataFormWebPart web part SharePoint 2013.

I have created added a dataform web part in SharePoint 2013 which pulls posts from 'Post' list in Blog site.

How can in display 'Star Rating' column and 'User Pic' Or "Author Pic' who posted the post.

Please let me know.
