I created a Windows Service in C# using Visual Studio 2008 and Created MSI and place all my stuff including 'setup.exe'. Now i want the 'setup.exe' file to run while MSI is installing. Hi, With Configmgr. one program has to finish before the other program begins. In order for you to get the wanted result, you need to create a script. This question is outside the scope of ConfigMgr. ConfigMgr is just the delivery mechanism and not responsible for creating the installation packages itself.
