Just navigate to Site Systems -> \\your_server and highlight "ConfigMgr software update point". Right click and "delete". That's it.

Hi, I have add an windows update point on "Site system" of "Site managemenet" There is no "windows update point" in SCCM, did you mean SUP(Software Update point)? To delete site system roles from site systems in the Configuration Manager console 1. In the Configuration Manager console of the primary site server, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Site Management / <site code> - <site name>/Site Settings / Site Systems / <site system name>. 2.In the results pane, right-click the site system role currently assigned to the site system and click Delete. 3.Verify that you are sure you want to delete this site system role by clicking Yes on the Confirm Delete dialog box. Note: After confirmation, the site server will begin the process of removing the site roles from the computer which may take several minutes.
