I believe we cannot do this OOB, can be done using programming. Use SPListItemVersionCollection & SPListItemVersion to do this using object model --Cheers

> my name is kumar, 1. Never post your question more than once. You either post it as a new thread (as here) or you post it as a reply in an existing thread. You do *not* do both. That cause parallel threads and wastes peoples' time. I have deleted that duplicate. It should not be necessary. 2. Please change your display name. The present one is a problem description not a display name. (Click on your name in this post and then at the top-left their is an edit profile button (or similar name). Hi Mike, I've not proposed your reply as answer, not sure how it is happening automatically. I was not even logged in at the time it was Proposed as Answer. Even my "Recent Activity" list does not show this activity. Changed my login password today. --Cheers Odd: But no problem for me (I just found it amusing!).

Anything you do using the object model is a Programming question and goes to the Programming forum. **and change your Display Name** ModeratorSP 2010 "FAQ" (mainly useful links): http://wssv4faq.mindsharp.com/default.aspx WSS3/MOSS FAQ (FAQ and Links) http://wssv3faq.mindsharp.com/default.aspx Both also have links to extensive book lists and to (free) on-line chapters
