I have created farm solution and I want to deploy it to the specific web application rather than globally. But when I deploy it from visual studio it deploys globally. 

Can anyone tell me how to do this configuration in visual studio.

I think you have a url box where while deploying the app can be deployed to a particular web app rather than the farm. Or, I ain't a developer but may be you can upload the wsp package to the web app from solutions gallery.
