How to prevent NDR's being sent from Exchange 2010 mailbox without using a transport rule

Have an autoreply from an exchange 2010 mailbox but don't want emails being delivered to that mailbox or NDR's going out from that mailbox, please help

Hi,

You can do this only with the help of Transport rules. Following is an example created in 2013. You can create a similar one in 2010 also
