I have to integrate SAP BO r3 reports to SharePoint 2007. Any help? - GEM

What kind of integration are you looking for, and what are the details about your SharePoint and BO environments? If you want to simply link to the BO server then you can put a link on a site. If you want to use the BO web parts, then you would need to install their integration kit. I think the BO and SharePoint 32/64bit-ness needs to match. The integration toolkit sucks and has a host of issues. We have been trying to integrate our MOSS 2007 environment with BO and there are a host of problems with no one in BO knows how it works.

I have to integrate BusinessObjects XI 3.0 with SharePoint 2007 I didn’t find any kit for "BusinessObjects XI 3.0 SharePoint 2007 Portal Integration" in the given link. One of my friends has said there are lot of bugs in XI3.0. This might be the couse behind not providing the kit for that BO version. Is it true?- GEM

You have to download the Download BusinessObjects XI 3.1 SharePoint 2007 Portal Integration Kit and do the integration. If you are looking at a custom development for integration I think it would be very expensive. If possible create a multi tab BOs report in excel and expose it to client in an Excel Web part. With the reports developed in the report viewer are HTML and have the data being pulled from the Universe, all this is difficult to achieve from within sharepoint. Its just my thought though. GEMZz, Di you manage to achieve this? What we did as a workaround is to get the document id for the report and display it using the page viewer web part in SharePoint.
