How to install sccm without latest updates
I'm trying to install sccm 2007 sp1 on a test network with no access to the internet , how do I get past the install step that tries to access the latest updates ? If I have to copy all the updates seperatly and copy them physically to the test server
then I'll do that but where/what are they ?

Hi,
You run setup.exe /download from a computer with Internet access and then you copy the update to the site server. When you install the site server just point to the directory that has the updates.Kent Agerlund | http://scug.dk/members/Agerlund/default.aspx | The Danish community for System Center products

You can not install SCCM without prerequisites. Here is the way to download it manualy from internet connected machines.
You can run setup.exe /download <path>
for example:
D:\SMSSETUP\BIN\I386\SETUP.EXE /download c:\prereq
Hope it will help you.___________________________________________________________ Shimbesh
