How to include custom list information when attaching to Send to outlook.
So I created a Picture library that allows users to entry information specific to the photo which is from Custom lists. That information is then sorted and displayed accordingly in the Picture library using a custom View. When I select the photos and send to outlook only the picture information is there and none of the custom list information. Is there anyway of including this information when sending the files to Outlook? Thanks -Travis Sharepoint Foundation 2010Travis

Hello Travis , You can configure a SharePoint designer workflow. You may want your workflow to send an e-mail message and attach the contents of a list column, some examples are documented below http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint-designer-help/send-e-mail-in-a-workflow-HA010239042.aspx Thanks ..Regards, Manas Biswas Microsoft Online Community Support Please remember to click 'Mark as Answer' on the post that helps you or click 'Unmark as Answer' if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
