I have lists:--

Directors , Managers and Leads

I want to implement cascading drop down without using any coding in Sharepoint.

On selection of Directors it should show managers related to them and on selection of managers it must show leads related to that manager selected.

I dont want to use code or infopath form.

Please provide the solution ASAP.

You can either use Jquery OR customize list forms in infopath designer.

To use IP designer, just edit your form in designer and add new receive data connection then use the rules to filter the dropdown data.
