Hi, everyone! I'm trying to create a CM MA in the FIMSynchronization Service. I followed this document Introduction to the Management Agent for Certificate and Smart Card Management and everything goes well. But when I try to configure Run profiles for CMMA , during Full Import step, it needs a full-import .xml file. I did try to look for it everywhere but get nothing. Could someone tell me where can I get this .xml file? Give me the link information if downloads needed. Thanks

Hi - yes I admit that can be confusing the first time you see it. The CM MA needs to CREATE an XML file during the first stage of the import process (full or delta)m which then gets imported into the MA's connector space. All you need to specify here is a file name ... I usually specify one for full (say fullImport.xml) and another for deltas (say deltaImport.xml). The contents of these will get overridden on each subsequent successful import ... or you can specify that the file gets automatically deleted. You don't have the option of specifying WHERE you want this file created - this is automatically managed by the FIM sync service, and will be in a program files subfolder under MAData.Bob Bradley, www.unifysolutions.net (FIMBob?)
