How to generate a Content Expired Report in Excel

Hi,

I want to know is it possible to generate the consolidated Report in Excel Automatically when the content from all the list get expired, as soon as the content get expired the mail should trigger to content owner along with the consolidated report.I have created the Information management policy through which i am able to set the content Expired date and using sharepoint designer i am also able to trigger a mail, the only part remaining is to generate the consolidated report for all the list items from all the lists.Please help me if any one know something about these.
