Hi, Will there be any case, where only a "author" of the document will see the latest version and not even the site Owner, when versioning and Content approval is enabled? The case I am looking for Excludes a case when the document is Checked -out. So I am looking for any other scenario, where we may see such behaviour. Thanks,

Just just mentioned the ONLY scenario in which only the Author can see the latest changes. CHECK-OUT. When the document is checked out, saves back to the server is visible ONLY to the person who has it checked out. That is what the check out feature is for.
