How to embed flash player to Sharepoint 2007 OOTB CEWP and view videos as thumbnails .
I need it like a youtube kind of thing with thumbnails
I mean to say can how can we embed a flash player into sharepoint 2007 by using javascript/xslt(CEWP OOTB) etc... Such that i can play all flash files
