In one of my webpart publishing page webpart zones are not aligned properly and result is page slightly move to the right. That page does not holds any page layout, but I need to edit that page alignment. How to do this? thanks in advance.

You could add a script editor webpart to just this particular page. This script could point to custom css or custom js that you could build to target just this particular page.

With either JS or CSS, you could target the particular webpart based on its id as rendered on the page.
