In foundation we don't have design manager,Content Search web part, content query web part, design template. so how could we brand our site in foundation.
However,We can create custom master page by writing our own html, css , jQuery but what about content management and its branding ?
Let me know the best available way to do so.
Hi Mehul..,
in order to brand your site in SharePoint Server, you need publishing feature. only then you will get design manager, page layouts etc.
in SharePoint Foundation 2013 you can use MUND Publishing Feature Available on codeplex. that will certainly help you.
it will not give you what Design Manager gives but it will help you to create Masterpages page layouts etc.
You can download from code plex.

Hi,
You can use the Starter Master Pages for SharePoint 2013 from the following link created by Randy Drisgil who is expert in branding.

Hi
you can use Sharepoint Designer, re-create a new master page starting from existing ( Oslo or Seattle by instance ) and loading you own css custokm file, apply your specific requirements
Let me know if you need more details
I already created my custom master page using SPD 2013 and own css files.
I got stuck into following issue.
In SPF we don't have Content Search Webpart,Content Query Webpart So How to retrieve content from lists and libraries ?
Hi Mehul,
You can use the script editor web part or content editor web part to get the list data using JSOM or REST API. Please refer to the following links.
