Did you tried setting the visiblity expression for the Report Footer textbox this way : Report footer textbox Expression : ="Page" & Globals!PageNumber & "of" & Globals!TotalPages Visibility hidden expression for same textbox : =IIF(Globals!PageNumber>=3,false,true) Thanks . Rajkumar Yelugu
