How to display all document libraries of a given site on a page

I would like to create a page that would list all document libraries existing in a given site.  Basically, it would be an equivalent to Quick Launch but:

- it would be displayed in the main page section, not on the side

- it would only display document libraries, nothing else

- ideally, if this was done in a way where we can also apply some custom stylesheets that would even be better.

I've been experimenting with a content query webpart but I don't know how to configure its properties to display only document libraries.  When I set it up, it displays all items in all libraries.  For example, if I have 2 document libraries in a site and each one has 3 documents it in, then my current content query webpart displays 3 documents.  I would like to just display these 2 document libraries on that page and not the content of these document libraries.

Also, I would like it to be dynamic, i.e. once the webpart it configured, then after that the page would always show a list of all document libraries on a given site.  I don't want the solution where the user has to go to the webpart properties and manually select which document libraries to show on the page.

This is for an on prem installation.

thanks,
