How to disable cache completely from PerformancePoint services?
Hi All, I have a requirement to show live data using SSRS report which would be further displayed using PerformancePoint report in order to have display condition feature. I am using PerformancePoint Report to show “SQL reporting service” report. I have disabled the cache completely from SQL Reporting services side in following ways, 1) Manage processing options: "Use live data" option is chosen in Data Refresh Options. 2) Report Server DB: "SessionTimeout" is set as "0" in ConfigurationInfo Table. I see recent data SQL report viewer webpart. But PPS reports have an option to set display condition to show or hide as per the selected Scorecard KPI. I don't find this option available in SQL report viewer webpart. PPS report shows always cached data. I came across this blog http://blogs.msdn.com/b/performancepoint/archive/2010/04/16/a-general-caching-overview-for-performance-point-services-for-sharepoint-2010.aspx. This blog talks about various types of PPS caching. Blog says that "Render View" cache is set it as some value by default. But I don't find an option to change it 0 or empty to disable cache. If any one came across this scenario, Please help me. Thank and regards, Gurunathan.
