Hi, It's been a year or so since I worked with OLMA, but I usually did this by calling a PowerShell command in the rules extension code: "Set-CASMailbox -Identity "& CN & " -OWAEnabled:$"& bEnable & " -PopEnabled:$"& bEnable & " -ImapEnabled:$"& bEnable & " -MAPIEnabled:$"& bEnable & " -ActiveSyncEnabled:$"& bEnable Other options I've seen are changing the WLID, but that does mean the user won't be able to access SkyDrive, etc. You coul also look into the DisableWindowsLiveId attribute--but that depends on what you mean by "disable", since it will remove the mailbox. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/exchangelabshelp/dd756484 Like I said, it's been a while so there may be better options out there.
