How to deploy or publish one report data model to report server without visual studio
I have created one data sources and one data model for sql server 2008 reporting servies. I used to deploy them to report server using visual studio. This time, I can't use visual studio to deploy them. Is there any other way to deploy or publish report
data model (.smdl file) to report server ?

I don't know if this is one way to do it. and I don't know what is "Configuration Manager" and I can't find its folder "%programfiles%\Microsoft Configuration Manager\AdminUI\XmlStorage\Other" in this docs.

The link you posted is used for System Center Configuration Manager, which is not available in this scenario.
In order to deploy a report model to a report server, we can use the SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS) web services. Below is a similar thread for your reference:

Or, please use the report builder to deploy the report model.
