How to deploy my SSRS reports to TFS folder.
Here's a rundown of whats needed to install TFS in BIDS (VS 2008) Once installed, and you have the registry settings done so that you can see the TFS names in the dropdown in Team Explorer, it's File, Source Control, Add to Source Control. Theres 3 updates required (in order): -Visual Studio Team Explorer 2008 -Visual Studio 2008 SP1 - (required even if youve previously installed it because it needs to update team explorer) -TFS 2010 update for VS 2008 SP1 The one caveat is that you can work with projects in VS 2008 (including BIDS) but you cant create in TFS, so an optional install alongside is: -Visual Studio Team Explorer 2010 (not required if you have VS 2010 ultimate installed it already has it) Josh Ash Thanks you for your reply. After downloading and installing the above, how i can deploy My SSRS project to TFS? Can you provide me the steps in detail? thanks Sparta.
