How to deploy OS W7 from SCCM 2007 R2 console
We use SCCM 2007 R2, is it possible from the SCCM console to deploy a OS windows 7 I mean not to use F12 on the client or from the client Run Advertised Program. With Regards, john van Snippenberg

you can right click on a task sequence in Configmgr and choose 'create task sequence media' and then choose 'standalone' from the options is that what you are referring to ? My step by step SCCM Guides I'm on Twitter > ncbrady

Best practice is to create a new collection for Zero Touch Installation (ZTI) because thing can otherwise messed up! On that specific collection set a Mandatory advertisement, and place devices which needed a new installation in that new ZTI collection. Remember to set a date later then 1 year (which is default) on the advertisement, otherwise clients in this collection will re-install after a year.
