Dears, I have database file and I want to create a short cut on some user desktops, and the reference should be in windows server 2008, while they want to save data it will be save direct on the server and all of them should be able work at the same time, first I have to create new group for the specific users in active directory then I want to apply on this group, please any help...

I am trying to accomplish the same thing....

I have a shortcut to an excel spreadsheet that I want only 4 users to have access to, not the whole company.

I have created the policy okay... now how do I limit access to which users or which desktops if that is better?
