I have already created shared services,which are corrupted. i want to create new shared service to the existing sites. how can i achive dat?

if the SSP database is corrupted please forget it, 1. to create a new SSP go to central administration and clik on shared services provider and click on create new SSP and follow the steps. 2. after creating an SSP associate your web application to it. if you got to SSP page you see change associations for web app click on that and change your web application to the new SSP.

i am unable to create new SSP . when i create new aplication the above dropdownlist is not changing with the new applicaiton url. i am unable delete earlier ssp also...

You need to delete the faulty SSP first and then try creating a new one. You can delete it by using the Stsadm -o Deletedatabase command.. Specifying the SSP name and using the "force" switch at the end. You can try creating a new SSP after deleting the faulty one, else you are quiet locked.
