Hi, This functionality doesn't exist within SharePoint 2007. An alert can only be assigned to a list or a library. This is also true for a SharePoint Designer Workflow. You would require a bespoke event handler to manage this for you.Regards, Aaron www.aaron-rendell.co.uk

Hi: I have found a tricky solution - by adding script in master page. In master page; record 1st time-in under session variable. On every page refresh calculate the difference between 1st time-in and current time. On exceeding time difference more than 2 hours; generate alert using SPUtility. - Deepak
