You mean like a shortcut on the desktop? Or you mean like clicking on the link in Software Center? What exactly do you mean?

You can access the App catalog by opening the software center > At top right corner click on find additional applications from App catalog.

yes I want to create software installer shortcut  and also want to know that link what in default application catalog website point.

Is the FQDN name in application catalog website point is that the server where the application catalog website point role installed ?

The easiest way to find out Application Catalog link is to open Software Center on a computer which has SCCM client installed and in the upper right corner click "Find additional applications from the Application Catalog". It will open browser and You will have link.
