We use MIIS which uses AD MA and LDIF MA. I imported test data by LDIF MA and it is exported to several ADs. I deleted MV data by importing ldif data to LDIF MA. But test data created to other ADs was not deleted by deleting MV data. How could I do that ?

You have to check your solution logic and plan what You want to achieve first. From what You've wrote I think that You wanted to revert changes made in AD based on in LDIF import files. Now - when You will delete data source like LDIF and if You want MIIS to delete objects in target system it has to be configured in management agent properties as Deprovisioning action (Stage a delete on objects or Rules extension and code which will make this decision). If this was not in place when You have deleted objects in Your LDIF data source your MV objects were deleted but AD objects where left as disconnectors. Now either You have a choice of delete these test objects from AD manually or putting data back again in metaverse and using join rules to join existing AD objects to metaverse objects and executing de-provisioning again
