How to configure audit settings for site collection in MOSS 2007? And also i want to generate audit log report for whatever the user done in sharepoint site in a single instance?
Hi I want to generate audit log report for sharepoint user (MOSS 2007) what he/she did adding,updating,deletion like that. Can any one explain step by step how to do that? For to generate that report out of the box functionality is available or not in MOSS 2007? Please give me useful links for that also. Please reply asap. ThanksSanthosh

Hi Santosh, Go to site action > Site settings > Modify All site settings You will get "Audit log reports" under Site Collection Administration If it is not there then please go to "Site collection features" under Site Collection Administration and Enable reporting option, after that you will get "Audit log reports" This report contains information of adding,updating,deletion and yopu can configure it through "Site collection audit settings" under Site Collection Administration.
