How to configure OU privisioning FIM
Hi I have created 2 ADMAs to sync mailbox enabled users on cross forest using FIM classic flow. Can someone help me on how can I provision OU while syncing the mailbox enabled users. So that it will create the OU if the OU is not at target forest. Thanks, Sunil Gupta Sunilgupta@sunilgupta.com

FIM can automatically provision the missing parents containers of users (OrganizationalUnit OU) http://blogs.technet.com/b/doittoit/archive/2009/05/20/introducing-hierarchal-provisioning.aspx It's never too late in life ... to start living

the automatic hierarchy provisioning will only create the OUs that are part of the DN path of the provisioned users... if your goal to synchronize all the OrganizationalUnit (empty OUs or the ones that are not part of the provisioned user DN path) you need to create a separate resource type for them and do the mapping (just like any other object user,group,etc..) for custom resource management refer to this: Introduction to Custom Resource and Attribute ManagementIt's never too late in life ... to start living
