How to configure 2 Windows 2012 R2 servers in failover mode without Storage(SAN)

We are actually looking to install two physical servers with Hyper-V role and host few VMs in both the servers. for the redundancy we wanted to configure Failover/replication between two servers. We do not have SAN Setup in place, is this scenario possible without SAN

I need a little more detail on what you are trying to accomplish. What specifically are you trying to provide failover for? For Hyper-V replication you do not need a SAN, and can use locally attached storage. This article has instructions on how to configure replication.
