How to check new or updated document has came into document library.
Can anyone please tell me how to do this in SharePoint 2010 ?

Dear friend,
Actually I have to send this document onto the FTP server.
If new document is came into document library then I want to send this document to FTP server.
Means I want to set the time on daily basis "10 PM" if any document has came then send to FTP server.
Can you please help me how to do this scenario ?

you need custom code to resolve your requirement

If you want to manually check then see version history or in the case of notification use workflow or alert to meet your requirement

There is a product from apose which does this, chk this out.. It might give you idea to build custom solution

The other option is
1. create a custom timer job scheduled at 10 Pm every day
2. Provide custom list which have list of of document library which has files to be transferred to FTP
3. In the excuted methhod of the job, get files which are created today and programmatically upload file to FTP Server. code for programmatically sending files to FTP Server http://forums.asp.net/t/1241884.aspx/1
