I am using Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard.

I cannot change my computer name, which can been from Control Panel -> System -> Computer Name

Could you please help me with this?

I tried command below but it doesn't work

----------------------------------------------------------------------

netdom computername XXXX.ZZZ /add:YYYY.ZZZ

----------------------------------------------------------------------

This doesn't work. Message says -> Cannot add YYYY.ZZZ as another name (in Korean Language)

That resource is used now. (in Korean Language)

Please help me, because this is so important to me

Rename-Computer -NewName "newname" -ComputerName "oldname"

But still it is not working

the message says

Directory service is in use (in Korean)

Because of the exception, cannot change computer name (in Korean)

What role does this server paly in your envrinment?

I have not find related information/explain, but according to the error message, it seem language/location related.

Could you please provide more information: OS version, screenshot of the commend line and error message.
