Hello,

When I click on a news or an announcement on the web page with the News and Announcement web part, the title of the dialog box for the news item says "News and Announcement".  Is there a way to change this?

Is the News and Announcement web part a custom web part or Announcement list view web part?

Could you please provide a screenshot of the web part?

If it is the Announcement list view web part, then I recommend to create your modal dialog for the display item form of the items in the Announcement list.

Here is a screen shot of the News and Announcements dialog.  I like to change the text News and Announcement.

From the image, it seems that you are using a custom web part.

As I suggested previously, to change the "News and Announcements" in the modal dialog, you need to create your own modal dialog page for this web part and use the title you want in the modal dialog.
