We are using SharePoint 2007,Outlook 2007 I had to create this separate workspace to accommodate the immediate need. We went through outlook and created it using the meeting invite. However we noticed that the new meeting invite has the incorrect time in the heading (It should read 9:30-11:30 Atlantic): TW&S Planning Staff Meeting(Meeting Worksoace Name) TW&S Planning Staff Meeting Date: 2/15/2011 Time: 2:00 PM -‎ 4:00 PM (GMT-04:00) Atlantic Time (Canada) >> (showing incorrect date and time) Is there a way to adjust this? Also, when you click the right arrow at the bottom of the list of dates, this appears meeting series is only for the 2011 calendar year as well as we can’t add anything for 2012. Hi, Do you create meeting workspace in outlook? According to your description, there is difference on the time zone displayed in Outlook and meeting workspace site, it indicated that your outlook server and SharePoint server is not the same server, they are in different time zone independently. So I suggest that you should make sure that relationship between the two server. Best regards David Hu
