How to calculate Values based on a weekly level
Hi,
I am working on a report and i calculate sales in this report for daily level as well as weekly level .So,i am stuck up with something over here it is :-
If we pick any date and lets say if that date falls in the middle of a week (sun-fri) then calculate the values only for the previous weeks excluding this week else include this week also.
Example:-
If we pick a date lets sat 05/17/12 as this day falls on thursday i have to get the sum of the sales values of only previous 2 weeks and if i pick 05/19/12 then i must see the sales for all 3 weeks in the new columns.
My whole report is build on MDX. Not T-SQL
If you dont understand this question please let me know will try to explain in detail.
