i don't want to export and restore site collection, but only a site inside a site-collection.

Then use export-spweb and import-spweb to achieve this .

I have two sharepoint farms in different AD domains.

1) In Farm1  it has a web application , this web application has SITE1  in a SiteCollection 1

in farm2 i want to restore SITE1 in a existing  sharepointe webapplic

Backup the site collection using Backup-SPSite then restore it to the second farm using Restore-SPSite.

Yes. However you must first create a new web with same site template as existing SITE1. Then during import-spweb, you overwrite it.
