How to align the X axis of a Chart with the Table Columns below?
Hi there, I am using BIDS to create a Reporting Services report. This report has a Line Chart with two axes and one table below it. I am having problems trying to align the chart X axis with the Columns of the table below. Both, table columns and Chart X axis are Months, so ideally, both should be aligned. Is there any option to do that? Or it should be done manually "at a guess"? Thanks and best regards, Joss

There isn't an option, but guesswork might not be necessary. If you set the width of your chart, including and legends, to what you want, the location of each month should be fixed (assuming you are displaying the same number of months each time). You can then do a few calculations to work out where your table columns need to go to match up. In the past, I've also set a specific colour palette for each series, and then applied the same to the fill of the row headings in the data table. I'd quite like a 'data table' feature on chart's that does all this automatically as well! RayI work to UK time.
