How to add simple web pages in MOSS?
Sorry for this probably a newbie question ... I've set up a MOSS (2007). But right now, all I could do is upload documents (Word, Excel, etc). The MOSS becomes sort of network drive. Before, I had an SPS2003 before. And it was possible to create webpages in it. I'm wondering if it's still possible to create webpages in MOSS. Is there any tutorial on this. TIA

Use SPD 2007 (it's a free download) to create web pages in a SharePoint site. FAQ sites: (SP 2010) http://wssv4faq.mindsharp.com; (v3) http://wssv3faq.mindsharp.com and (WSS 2.0) http://wssv2faq.mindsharp.com Complete Book Lists (incl. foreign language) on each site.

In MOSS 2007, on the right side top - you will find Site Actions menu, which has Create Page option to create pages. Further to Mike's response, you would also need the appropriate Permissions on the site to create pages. Thanks to all, esp KSDN's answer. I have another question: I'm using "Basic Page" to create pages. Now, every web page's title (HTML title) is just "Basic page"! And using its "Rich Text Editor", I don't see how to change this property. Anyone knows how? I see that, when I click on the pull-down menu, there's the "Edit in Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer", but it's not available to me.
