How to add html page into sharepoint site

Hi,

I want to add html file in sharepoint site.

I am trying to add skype in my sharepoint application i am trying to add

<a href="skype:echo123?call">Call the Skype Echo / Sound Test Service</a> this link which opens the skype..

Where and how to use above tag in my sharepoint application???

Please help me...

Hello,

You can simply add one content edit webpart or directly add link on page as shown in picture: Edit your current page or page where you want to show that link-->in the ribbon click insert-->then add CEWP by clicking on webpart button (Folder is Media and Content)-->click edit HTML and paste your HTML code there:
