What I did I right click on server01 in SCCM management console and add it to a collection and if I need to add to another collection I redo the same process. If possible to add a device to many collections at one time?

not from the console GUI but powershell can help you to achieve that. use the powershell cmd Add-CMDeviceCollectionDirectMembershipRule
