How to acces a folder which is created within a list?
HI, My collegue already created a folder "a" within a "Sample" list, which i can see in Sharepoint designer 2007. When I tried to copy some .js file into it, it gives error as 'Object reference...". So I want to know that how to access folder through web application/site in which it resides. Or there is any other way to access it? Thanks in advance. Regards, jayashri

Hi Javashri, Some point: 1. How did you create folder in list. It is not supported by sharepoint by default. Are you talking about library? 2. If it is the library then where are you putting your .JS file and How?? 3. There is so many ways to access folder but you have to tell me your requirement first Please let me knowCheers, Hemendra-MCTS "Yesterday is just a memory,Tomorrow we may never see"

Hi, I have the following proposed: 1. Make sure your permissions of accessing items of list. Only read, or have right for edit? 2. Check out the folder on the absolute path and network path is correct. 3. May be the path of the items contains more than 100 characters, so you can’t operate it. Please give me more information about the process of creating a folder or your error in details. I wish you every success in your important work. Best regards, David HM
