Can I share SharePoint 2013 On-Premise site to extranet users?

Could you please specify the detailed steps to share my SharePoint 2013 On-Premise site to extranet users.

And think it is possible.  Can anyone direct me to something that clarifies?  Thank you all!

Hi mine1981,

I recommend to extend the web application and then configure the authentication with the identity providers for the extranet users in the extend zone.

The identity provider can be Active directory,SQL server,Claims,ADFS server which will support liveID.
