Hi Devi Prasad M, You can use Central Admin or stsadm tool for this. Central Admin-->operation-->Perform a backup Here you can choose your application and restore it on other server. You could also take the backup of content database from Development Environment. On Production environment you can restore this database on a blank content database. This is useful when size of content database is large and then backup/restore from stsadm is slow process. Hope this helps.
