How to Change the User password since FIM 2010 Administration Console (Portal)
In my environment , I need to change the password user since the FIM portal. Im in the FIM portal as Administrator, but I Cant find the path for "Change the user password" The question is: Is ts possible,to change the user password since the Portal (http://server/identitymanagement/) if I am an Administrator ??? How can I do it ??? - the self service reset password is already working !!!! http://server/passwordportal/ for each user who want to change their own password.

FIM doesn't support self-service password change because users can already do the same from logon screen after pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del. FIM targets at reducing helpdesk costs by providing self-service capability. Admin changing user pwd is not supported. In addition to that, "change" means u have the existing password, which i believe is not your case.

Sorry, should have identified myself as MSFT. From the product group perspective, we primarily document what we support (SSPR). We seldom document what we do NOT support because that will be a super long list. (e.g. Password Reset for MSSQL)The FIM Password Reset Blog http://blogs.technet.com/aho/
