How much Crawl Comonents we can create in SharePoint 2013 Search Application? Do we have some limitation?

what is the recommended Search topology in SharePoint 2013.

I don't think there is need to hit the upper limit on no of crawl components. Usually 2-4 crawl components should suffice even for a large farm.

and then decide what's best for your requirements.
