Do you mean a client push install? If so, you have to allow File & Print andremote WMI through the firewall in order to push. Other methods (local install) won't have those requirements. See the product docs:

Using the Software Update Point method is excellent if you have a local firewall, you dont even need an administrative account on that machine for the installation. It imply uses the WUA agent. More on it on the posted link below. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb633194.aspx Best Regards Stefan Feel free to e-mail or add me on msn messenger --------------------------------------------------------- Stefan Schrling MCSE: Security, MCSA: Messaging, MCP MCTS: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Configuring E-Mail / MSN Messenger: stefan@msfaq.se System Management Blog: Http://www.msfaq.se ---------------------------------------------------------

I know you have probably resolved this a long time ago, but for anyone having issues pushing the SCCM Client from the SCCM console here is a video I made of how to configure the required ports through a domain GPO. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nDFKMyiU_94
