How do you mailmerge from calendar event?
SharePoint: Event list has a custom Lookup column (Emails) where user can select multiple email addresses from contacts list. The emails appear like this in the column: xy@xy.com; ab@xy.com I export the list as a spreadsheet, to do a mail merge. Word: When I get to the email field, Word adds the emails to the document like this xy@xy.com;#1;#ab@xy.com;#2 Word does not know how to distinguish between the emails, so I can't use them as addresses to send emails. Is there any other way to associate emails with an event in SharePoint and then use as a source for mail merging?

Hi, There are several document types that can be mail merged: Letters, Email messages, Envelopes, Labels or Directory. Unfortunately a SharePoint event is not a document type. Regards, Savoeurn Va Microsoft Online Community Support
